DESCRIPTION
This is inspired by Datai Langkawi’s iconic waterlily pond at night, where the waterlilies bloom the brightest during the darkest hours. The mystical pond stays in my memory as a resident artist at The Datai Langkawi in 2019.
Like these waterlilies, some of us bloom in the dark. If we find ourselves surrounded by darkness, it is okay because when the moon finally shines on us, we will illuminate brighter than the moon.
